Renee Coleman is a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®) and Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP) with more than 20 years of experience in mortgage consulting and real estate. Having personally experienced the challenges of divorce, she understands how overwhelming financial and housing decisions can feel without the right guidance. That perspective drives her mission to help individuals and couples make informed, strategic housing choices during one of life’s most difficult transitions.
With a strong background in residential mortgage lending, Renee bridges the gap between legal options and practical lending solutions. She provides clarity, confidence, and forward-looking strategies so her clients can move ahead with financial security and peace of mind.

Maggie Ek is a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®) with more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry. After building her career in banking and lending, she transitioned to mortgages financing in 2018 and discovered her passion for helping clients achieve homeownership.
Maggie specializes in guiding individuals and families through every stage of the home financing process—from pre-approval to closing—with a focus on clarity, communication, and confidence. She is passionate about tailoring each solution to fit her clients’ unique needs and goals.
Over the years, Maggie has assisted many couples through the divorce process, supporting them with the challenges of dividing assets, calculating equity buyouts and determining the best lending path for their situation. She understands it takes time and patience to come up with the best course of action and is happy to make the process as pain free as possible.
In addition to her work as a loan officer, Maggie is an active member of the Wilmington Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce and is dedicated to supporting her local community of Tewksbury, Ma.
